I'll start day 1 tomorrow. This is perfect timing as my hubby leaves next Saturday for Iraq & if I can get past the first few (un-fun) days before he leaves, I think I'll be much more successful.
I'm a compulsive weigher, but I VOW to weigh myself tomorrow AM to get a starting weight and then not again until the completion of week one. (I'm down almost 2 pounds since I ordered my MF this week)
