Brucks...keep it going. I have only been on the plan for 8 days but have already lost 10 pounds. Make sure that you eat or drink something (other than your water) every 2 hours...I don't ever feel hungry.

You can do it!!!!

Hi Brucks! Welcome!
I've only been on the program 1 week & I'm a slow loser but, with that being said, I still lost 4 lbs in 1 week (PHENOMENAL FOR ME). Drink your water regularly, have a hot cup of boulion that will help.

Keep shakin',

For me, the bullion is a must have. Comforting and filling.

Hi Brucks,
I just started 1/16/2006 and have lost 14 pounds...I am large though, so don't think that that's a common amount for most people. The meals are fine and the best part is, you can have a decent meal once a day!

Best wishes,

Brucks,

Don't get discouraged. Days 1-3 are the hardest but you can get through them! I'm only on day five and I feel great! Eat every 2-3 hours. This is a must to stave off those hunger pangs. And drink, drink, drink your water!!! I can't tell you how much I lost so far (I have vowed to weigh only on Sundays) but I can tell I have lost because my clothes fit better!

Keep coming back to the Boards and reading the Posts. There are so many inspiring stories and great before and after pics. Everyone here is so encouraging and supportive. We want you to succeed and we are here to help!!

Keep on Shakin'

Hi Brucks,
Hang in there. The first three days are the very very hardest. After that your body will adapt and you'll be feeling much better. Yes, it is worth it, this is the fastest as well as the safest way to part with the pounds. I've always found that hot beverages, tea etc get me through the hungry times. Keep on shaking .... you'll make it and be very very happy that you did :D

Hi Brucks....I seem to be one of the slow losers :boohoo: But, I am losing :D

It took me 19 days to lose 8.5 lbs. Soooo, I figure I am losing about 2.8 lbs. a week, which, is within the average weight loss of 2-4 lbs. per week for women.

Hang in there, you'll do great :goodluck:
