Hi Brucks....I seem to be one of the slow losers
But, I am losing
It took me 19 days to lose 8.5 lbs. Soooo, I figure I am losing about 2.8 lbs. a week, which, is within the average weight loss of 2-4 lbs. per week for women.
Hang in there, you'll do great
