Arizona Diet green tea

Postby bunnylady » August 10th, 2005, 8:37 am

I read and re read the label- don't see caffeine mentioned- it does have Ginseng and a little bit of natural honey which probably isn't good on this diet

Bunnylady ~ Your Diet Green Tea looks like it is innocuous with zeroes across the board. Water is always the recommended beverage, just plain old water.

:secret: I do know that there are some people that just cannot gag it down initially and it may take a few weeks to get them to switch over and IMHO, if it takes a few weeks of paying $15/week for some color and a little non-nutritive sweetener to get them to the point of water nirvana, let it be. When we say to drink 64 ounces of water that does not include the water you use to make the oatmeal, shakes and soup…it is in addition to the water used to mix the packets. The more water you drink, the better it is for your body because it will wash away the metabolized fat.
