Have a supplement every 2.5 to 3 hours. Have your first supplement within an hour of awakening. Drink plenty of water (most people drink over 64 oz). Plan in the morning at what time each supplement will be so that you know when to eat. Some people go so far as to pick the exact supplements and put them in a baggy. If you ever have a question or need encouragement come to the board and ask for help.
