Just starting and need some help...Any suggestions for the first fews days?

Have a supplement every 2.5 to 3 hours. Have your first supplement within an hour of awakening. Drink plenty of water (most people drink over 64 oz). Plan in the morning at what time each supplement will be so that you know when to eat. Some people go so far as to pick the exact supplements and put them in a baggy. If you ever have a question or need encouragement come to the board and ask for help.

I am feeling so excited to meet all of you here ! I don't feel people that don't have weight issues really understand...So, That's why I'm glad that I found this site !
I have to find new ways to handle stress !

Hi Katesmom!

Welcome!! I finished up my first week of MF on Friday and absolutely LOVE the program!!! I think this is by far the easiest weight-loss plan I have ever tried!

I am glad that you like MF. I have been on the program for 3 weeks people are really starting to notice the difference. MF works and is very easy to follow. Have strenght and think of how tiny you will be when at goal. :D
