I have found myself only wanting to eat that during the day, and oatmeal in the morning..

is this ok?? It just doesnt seem right to eat only pudding all day??

Don't worry, you probably won't do that forever. I tend to go through phases on the Medi-foods. One week it was all broccoli soup all the time. Then a few weeks ago, it was cocoa. This week I'm obsessed by the pudding, too. As long as you're not eating bars all day, you're fine.

Enjoy the pudding!!

I wonder if the pudding is considered the same as a cold shake? I know it''s three cold shakes a day because of heating the soy or some such thing....but wouldn't a shake do the same thing? Seems to reason it's okay... :idontknow:

But next week it WILL be something differant....guaranteed. It's like an addiction cycle, a flavor addiction instead of food addiction in general.

But if you're staying on the plan then you will lose.....welcome to the losers club! :bouncieball:

I didn't know that you could have more of the other products

Hi Vicky, I didn't know you could have more of the different products. I thought you had to have at least 3 shakes a day.
I was told that by one of the representatives....That's great news now I can have more of the soups and puddings! Yahoo!

Not sure what materials you were sent when you received your Medifast, but the protocol has changed. You may have any 5 of any products now (except the bars) :woohoo: - do not have to have 3 shakes, unless you want them. You can have 5 of those wonderful puddings if that helps get you thru the day!

What a diet, huh? :cheermed:

Ashes!

Welcome to your Pudding Haven! Have you tried the banana? I actually love it more than the Chocolate BUT I put Walden Farms Chocolate syrup on it. Been dying to get their marshmellow goodness for the chocolate but have yet to place my order!!

Payday is coming my WaldenFarms.com -- just you wait!!!

Of course, I would eat bars all day and all night by those meanies say I have to limit myself to one which makes them even more precious than before.

Sometimes, I am all hot cocoa all the time. The new protocol is more flexible but remember to buy shakes too for those too tired moments when it takes to long to make soup, pudding or oatmeal!

Enjoy!

Gwenski-

Yes, I have tried the banana, actually I put some strawberry extract in, and its soooo yummy!

I just got some strawberry and some orange shakes, very impressed. I was getting so tired of vanilla. I put some splenda in and let sit for 30 minutes, then in the blender with ice... yummy!

I have the oatmeal every morning, just nice since its cold here now!

Everyday I find this easier and easier! Love reading these posts!
