As I am sure everyone knows, I just received my Medifast products last night, (Starting on Modday), but I didn't receive my Quick Start Quide in my Box!!!
It has it listed on the invoice but I took everything out the box, and no Quick Start Guide. Does it come seperatly, or should it have been in the box?
Seeing as how I am starting in 2 days, I don't think they will have time to send another one out to me before Monday, and I don't want to eat anything wrong
Help, what should I do? Can any of you just give me a quick run down of the meats and veggies that are alright to eat, if its not too much trouble. Or can anyone tell me where I could come across one Quick Start Guide, quick, fast and in a hurry

Yup, what Robin said, that way you can at least see it online and print pages you need! Give them a call and have them send you a hard copy though!

That happened to my sis-n-law and all you need to do is call them and they will send one right out to you!
