Hi All!

Strange question for you. At the beginning, did everyone just crave salt. I feel like I should just go find a salt lick and spend the rest of the day in happiness. What is going on? Is this normal? :?:

Not strange at all. You're not alone with your craving. Many people experience this on the program.

Be sure you're slurping all your water. (64oz)

Bullion or the Fast Soups can also help.

Search the forum for "salt" and you should come up with some discussion on it.

Yes...I did and so did tami and carie...and many others!!
I just posted on another thread...yeah....I don't know..why but I craved salt for the first 2-3 weeks and then it went away....but some days...it comes back....
I never never liked salt before???

Don't worry...It probably has to do with the electolyte balance in your body as you lose lots of water during the 1st week or so of any diet...just go with it and drink plenty of h2o...

Yup, I was very salt hungry, too. I was ready to lick the back of my neck but couldn't quite reach it. :shock:

Have a cup or two of Fast soup. :bib: You can have a dill pickle of a couple of stalks of celery - dip that celery in salt. Aww.....sodium heaven! :angel:
