Ok, I cheated and got on the scale this morning instead of waiting til Monday (1wk on diet). Today is day 4 and I have lost 4 pounds. I am so excited and encouraged! Just thought I would share!
Good luck, and you can do it!!! Just remember to drink a ton of water and if you feel overwhelmed by the sight of food....go out for a little walk and get away from it!! Welcome!!
CONGRATS on taking the plunge for healthier you! You'll do GREAT! No doubt about it! You and Zinkette can keep eachother in check everyday when you aren't able to make to the forum.
