Good for you on making it through your first day. I know how proud you must feel. Keep it up and you will be loosing in no time at all :)

Lost my first 4 pounds!

Ok, I cheated and got on the scale this morning instead of waiting til Monday (1wk on diet). Today is day 4 and I have lost 4 pounds. I am so excited and encouraged! Just thought I would share!

Good luck, and you can do it!!! Just remember to drink a ton of water and if you feel overwhelmed by the sight of food....go out for a little walk and get away from it!! Welcome!!
