My name is Brandi, I'm on my fourth day - hopefully when ketosis kicks in.

I'm so excited to have found a group that is so supportive and encouraging.

I had a bad MF day yesterday becuase I am an emotional eater and my mother sets me off every time I talk to her. I didn't cheat and really wasn't tempted to cheat, but boy did I want to eat something! I ended up with a celery stalk and a pickle spear.

I can't wait to do my weekly weigh in Sunday to see how much I've lost! I look forward to talking to everyone soon!

Hi Brandi and Welcome! I just finished my first week and the first couple of days were hard for me also! I wanted to eat what everyone else was eating, but I resisted and let me tell you how good I feel about it now! I have more energy and 9lbs less of me! Good Luck on your journey!! :bananadance:

You can do it, it's only a few days, right? :) Just avoid your :twisted: eating triggers until your body isn't hungry so much!

The longer you are compliant of MF, the easier it gets, the temptations and cravings are very minimal, and you wonder how in the world you could have eaten all that 'stuff' you used to eat.

Can't wait to hear about your weigh-in on Sunday! :bravo:

Welcome Brandi and great job on not cheating at all. I totally wanna do that sometimes too because it seems so unfair that other people can eat like pigs and not gain any weight.

Great job and I can't wait for you 1 week weigh in either I am sure you will do fabulous :woohoo:
