Hello

Postby toinel » October 10th, 2005, 12:46 pm

Hi Everyone, I'm new..just ordered my package and I'm awaiting it's arrival. I'm a married mom of 2. I work for a great company that processes medical insurance claims. I have my hands full taking care of my 5 year daughter Bethany and 1 year son Robbie. My husband gave me the go ahead to make this monthly investment so I'm excited to be here. I need much help along the way being that pregancy and marriage has put some serious poundage on me. So much so that I've contemplated having the Gastric Bypass  But before I decide to re-route my plumbing using that method..I decided to re-learn how to eat. Medifast looks healthy and that is what I need. I also need major support or else I won't stick to the plan. So I'm here to say HI :D and I hope to get to know you all better.

Regards,
Toi

Hi Toinel :)

I think Medifast is a sensible way to relearn how to eat. In the beginning, it takes the guess work out of the way. Your plan is simple and as long as you stick to it--it works miracles!

Then..as you lose ...you learn. Good luck and keep us posted. :)

Welcome to you Toinel ~

There are many of us that can relate to needing a lot of retraining when it comes to food...

You know those little safety gadgets Moms use to keep their kids out of drawers and cupboards?

 Sheesh! I could have used a refrigerator and cupboard guard myself!

We are happy to have you join us - read every thing you can in the old posts and make yourself familiar with the program and all the juicy tips.

Shake it up!

Welcome Toinel!

The support here is PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!! The program is a no brainer! Make sure you eat your MF products every 2-3 hours. It makes a HUGE difference! If you space them out too far, you might get hungry. If you eat every 2-3 hours, you won't be hungry at all!!!!!!!!
Take care and God Bless,
Judy <><

I know you will do great, Toi ~ you are already doing the things that lead to success: you are setting your mind on the starting date, reading all you can so you totally understand the program and have set some goals. People who set themselves up for success, usually attain it.
