Hi Everyone! Just wanted to say I'm glad I found this site ,I started medifast 6/6 and its been a lot of help. Its nice to know theres people out there willing to help with the stuggle of losing weight.

Welcome BlueAzul, I fell on to this website as well 2 weeks ago and I really feel like there are some caring people out here! I really like the products, especially the oatmeal and peanut butter bars, I am sure I will keep eating them after I transition!
