Well Monday will mark my first week on the medifest 5 n 1 plan. So far I've already lost 7lbs, but I'm sure the majority of that was water.
I started at 227 and my inital goal is 180 and my final goal is somewhere in the 130-140 range.

Woo Hoo - don't denigrate those 7 pounds in any way - perhaps half of it was water but the other half Is flabbage!
