Hello...I'm soooo excited to be back!

Postby Crystal » September 27th, 2005, 12:43 pm

Most of you won't know me because I haven't posted since January. My name is Crystal, and I am a homeschooling mother to 5 beautiful children(ages 6, 5, 3, 1, 6wks). I first started last October, but stopped in January when I found out that I was pregnant with our 5th child.   Anyway, baby Rachel Elizabeth was born at home on August 13, weighing in at 10lbs, 1oz; and is healthy and happy! :cleader:

I am happy to report that 3 weeks after she was born I had returned to within 4lbs of what I weighed when I got pregnant! :yay: I have never lost weight that quickly after having a baby before! Now, 3 weeks later, I am ready to start Medifasting again, so that I can finish what I started last October.

When I started last October, I weighed 161. I got pregnant at 150. I weighed 190 when Rachel was born, and now I weigh 154. I want to lose about 30lbs to return to my original (before 5 babies in 7 years) weight of 125, and I'd like to do it by Christmas. :goteam:

I know that I can do this with Medifast. I look forward to getting to know each of you over the days and weeks to come!

Crystal!!

Oh, Boy! I am thankful to hear from you! I wondered if that little baby made her appearance yet! Congratulations to you and your family on the birth of Rachel Elizabeth. I thought our grandson was a whopper at 9 pounds 9 ounces; your precious girl is a half pound bigger. How blessed you are to have a healthy baby!

Christmas will be fun at your house and I'm confident you'll reach your goal weight with no difficulty! Welcome back, Crystal! Say howdy to your Mom for me!

Thanks for the warm welcome! It really is great to be back. It's nice to have so much encouragement!

Yes, Nancy, she was big, especially for someone who's only 5'3". We are glad that she is here, and that she is healthy...we have been so blessed. And why wait for Christmas...every day is fun at our house, with so many small children around! :)

I'm sure it IS fun every day - just like having your own classroom there since you are a homeschooler! You will have the gift of health and will be full of energy to keep up with your wonderful family!
