Hello,
I am 1 day into medifast and I LOVE IT ! I recently started a new job and it requires alot less energy than my previous position and It was the straw that broke the camels back I gained 10 lbs in 2 weeks and I said enough is enough. I have lost 4 lbs in my first day , and although I know its just waterat this point . As long as the scale is going down weight is weight . Well I have a 100lbs to go before May ( birthday) So I am going to set mini goals ,just so I don't get discouraged. If any of you have some resonable suggetions for time frames in which to lose a set amount please let me know . I am excited to be a part of this board of losers ! :) And I mean that in the best way possible. You guys are my heroes!
