Try focusing on what you want for a goal or little goals in between in your mind. Then, get right on and get yourself through the first three or four days, then one week, and see how you are doing. If you stay compliant for one week, you will see a weight loss. Then, before you know it, one week goes into two and so on. Committment to the program comes within ourselves and if you are ready, you definitely will be successful. Some people lose fast and others on here lose slow, but everybody loses. Listen to your own body response, respect it and go with it. Each body reacts differently and in their own time. Focus and you, too, can be a winner! Much success is wished for you!
