I'm so glad I found this board. I am in my 2nd week on MF and it's nice to know there is support and answers for questions online.

I am doing the 5 and 1 plan, and it has been fairly easy so far (knock on wood). Thanks for the welcome!

Hello twblues - good to have you. Very glad to see that you have experienced no problems so far ... you are on the right track.

Make sure to sign in on Sunday's for the roll call and post your weekly losses. I find it's a great way to keep yourself compliant when you have to post how your week went!

Howdy Twblues!
This is an excellent resource for all your MF questions. Just last night I was feeling woogley and within 2 minutes I searched and found 10 posts that said it was normal. :) Of course, there's always someone sitting around here real time too. :)
