Ok I'm absolutely new here and I'm starting my medifast journey tommorrow morning. I'm here to get an idea about what other people have experienced.

I'm a 26 year old creative from Chicagoland. I'm super geeked to start and I will post before and after pictures as soon as I hit the after part :D

So say hi so I don't feel alone, ok?
