I started MF 2 wks ago. I just found this great support site a couple of days ago. Just had to get up nerve to talk. Anyway, the first 4 days were tough. I had no trouble staying on track I was just so hungry. I take vitamins with the morning shake. I mix morning shake with iced coffee and a little sugar free hazelnut syrup. We buy lots of vegies at costco. My husband loves to cook so he steams all vegies and puts them in containers. He grills salmon and chicken breasts and also puts these in containers. So at meal time(5&1) is so easy. No having to cook or think about food. He is eating the same dinner I am and he has lost 7lbs! It so important for me to have my families support in this, they have been wonderful. Another thing I do is not tell. Only a few very supportive people in my life know about my MF program. It helps me be strong and filter out well meaning negativity. I guess I had a lot to say..sheesh. Thanks for being there. V. P.s. I have lost 10lbs...yipee
