Ali, Martha, and DonicaB thank you all. We went yesterday to tour the facility where the reception will be and sign the contract. It occurred to me while we were walking around the grounds and climbing stairs, etc. that just 6 months ago I couldn't have done it. I was taking so much medication and feeling so sick that I couldn't walk to the mail box and back. Now I feel like a kid again. I've still got a long way to go, but if I feel like this now, I can't even imagine how it's going to feel to be at goal. Hooray for Medifast and all the help and support!
