Hi there Fuyu,
Hmmmm well I'm a bit older but I have a 26 year old daughter on the program ( Does that count?? ) She is a med student so quite busy too.
Now as to that pesky third week. Yup the third week is when your body generally ajusts a bit to the program. Don't worry the weight losses will begin again. Just keep on going and the pounds will leave. This is a great group of people who will help you a lot. Keep posting. It's great accountability.
