I've been reading all the great info and getting alot of inspiration from this board for a little while now. You all sound like a great bunch of people, really dedicated to the plan. I started Medifast early March and I'm doing pretty good. I was a former WW'er for YEARS, and I'm amazed at how much better I am able to stick with Medifast. I guess it's because I don't have to think much! :lol: Also, the progress is much quicker, and I need to see that scale move!

We are sooo happy to have you here joining us!! It is a great group of very supportive people. Everyone will do there very best to help you along your way. Be sure and join us on the Roll Call on Sundays. That's where we list our losses for the week. It's great fun to cheer everyone on. Just be very compliant and drink your water. You'll do great. :D

Yeah, please go to ROLL CALL, and post your weight there. We are 'pound counters' here and celebrate every pound that vanishes for our body. :whoohoo:

You will be seeing that scale move faster and making better progress. So glad it is easier for you than other weight plans. :bouncie:

Thank you all for your warm welcomes! So nice to hear from so many. :) I'll try to post as often as I can. I know it really helps so much to be more involved.

Mellowmom: It's getting really old...all that rain! We were teased by one day of glorious sunshine, a day of overcastness, then the rain returned! How are you guys holding up down there?
