It will be 2 weeks on Medifast for me come Friday and I'm already down about 11 pounds. I was on Medifast last year for a month and it worked pretty well. The problem was I decided to have a little "break" after a month and never got back on it. Now I am determined to stay on it until I reach my goal weight. I'm 182 now and I'm looking to get to 145 (I'm 5'8")
I quit smoking 6 weeks ago and gained some poundage that is now gone again, which is nice. This is the easiest diet I have ever been on because I don't have to THINK. I'm a lazy cook

My biggest challenge is that I am still hungry very often. I was that way last time I was on it, too. I've never hit that point where I stop being hungry. Am I weird that way? But, I quit cigs, so I can do this too.
So that's it, I'll try to stay out of lurk mode from now on.
