Hello All

Postby Misty » January 5th, 2006, 12:03 pm

Greetings to all of you wonderful losers :D I am back with 71lbs to lose  Today is day 4 for me. The last straw was that i noticed i was not walking my daughter up the stairs (2 flights) to walk her into her classroom (hurts the ole knees) My son frequently wants me to jump on the trampoline with him (he is 6) i have to tell him no- because my weight exceeds the limit. I notice that there seems to be a magnetic pull of my butt to chairs. I also notice that the chairs now complain with creaks and moans when I sit in them  . I also have noticed that the dryer not only eats one sock but has been shrinking only my clothes. I have a closet full of beautiful clothes but only 3 things to wear of those 3 things 2 have elastic and draw strings. I have made the commitment to lose the weight. Our family is going on a cruise in October 29th Not only do I want the energy to really enjoy that cruise I am tired of dragging through each day. I am looking forward to a healthy lifestyle with energy to have fun with my family. I have a wonderful husband who has about 15-20lbs to lose he is doing the program with me again. I plan to join you good people for the Sunday weigh in.

Welcome Misty ... I recognized myself in so many of your observations, especially being drawn to chairs! So thanks for helping me to be able to laugh at myself. You're certainly going to turn all of that around though. All the best!

Hi, Misty and welcome to the world of :buddies: shakers and stair climbers!

That's so  that your husband is doing this with you. The cruise this fall will be a wonderful time together as a family.

As your weight declines, your energy level will increase and you will be jumping on that trampoline and having a ball!

Hi Misty,
We must have purchased our dryers at the same place because my dryer was only shrinking my clothes also. :x Hmmmmm But then it started to shrink my daughter's clothes as well never my hubbys. Must have been able to discriminate between mens' and womens' clothes. We finally got to the "root" of the problem. It was located in the kitchen. :D Now we are both happily parting with the pounds.
You'll be looking good by the time the cruise comes around and even better you'll have lots and lots of energy to enjoy everything fully. Plus, you won't even have to wonder about the deck chairs.

 Hmmmm....shirgall ~

I wonder how that happened? Does Misty :hammerhead: pound ya on the head or somethin'?

Maybe it is from :brickwall: with previous weight loss programs and now you've found the awesome Take Shape For Life Program that has rapid weight loss and tastes great! Maybe you'll be lengthening soon! ;)
