Started this whole thing on a whim about 3 days ago ( Date 8-1-08 ) and so far am already losing more weight than I expected. (6 lb's in less than 3 days)
my goal right now is 30 lb's, might go up to 50... but I care more about inches than how much I weigh
Honestly my problem has always been about disipline when it comes to eating and being active. Following a plan like this makes it way easier.
