Hello all... another newb getting started.

Postby ogeneo » July 16th, 2007, 11:37 am

Howdy folks... Ordered the product a couple of weeks ago, decided I'd start today (7/16) so I had a bit of a binge over the weekend. With that behind me, I'm moving forward with the plan. Two shakes down and tons more to go.

Weighed in at 297 this morning, headed to 210 or even as low as 199..

Many questions to come.

Thanks all.. day 1 down without any issues. A few cravings, but I think they will go away after a week or so. Today was Shake/Shake/Bar/L&G/Shake/Shake. I bought some extremely lean ground beef, cooked it on my GF Grill. I was about to split the portion in two and call it a day until I weighed it and realized it was three portions! Thank you kitchen scale!

I love shrimp and other shellfish... no I really really do! Looks like I could sautee 7oz of shrimp in 2tsp of Trans fat free margarine...

I think that sounds right to me. 7oz of shrimp is a heck of a lot - I had that quite often at first, when I was still used to eating way too much food - it filled me right up. Congratulations on your first day!

Welcome. Remember that the weight of "lean" portions is AFTER cooking.
