I am miserable!!! Everymorning.....I open my pantry and look at all the Medifast supplements and think....ok, today is the day! I'll start today and then I get busy and hungry and before I know it....I'm eating.
I simply CAN NOT go like this. So, my promise to myself and to whoever might be interested is to start this tomorrow! I want so badly to loose this weight and feel better. I do have a question though. Is anyone on hormones and on Medifast? If so, have you had luck on Medifast. Since I started these terrible hormones....I have gained weight....almost 20 pounds. Any response would be appreciated!!! Thanks you guys!!!

WELCOME BACK!!! I know that you can do it!!! just put your mind into it. When I first started, I put Nancy's quote on a piece of paper, and carried it in my wallet. Then when I went to buy food, I would see it and remember, "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels."

Good luck. when you feel down, post on here, and everyone will help you through it.

Welcome, Cindy.

I'm not on hormones, but I think some others here are. I DO know that after going through menopause early (in my 30s), I couldn't seem to lose weight on anything until I found Medifast. You may lose more slowly, but I'm betting you'll still lose.

So do you not even have that first Medifast meal before you "get busy and hungry"? Why not have some Medifast meals all ready to go so you don't even have to mix them up? If you're hungry and pressed for time, there's not much that's quicker to prepare than Medifast. And lots of people mix the shakes up ahead of time. Or mix the soups or chili or even oatmeal and just nuke them when they're ready to eat them.
