If he brought you flowers after the unthinking heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie incident, I'd say you ARE bringing him around right now - great job!

Now remember how strong you are the next time you are faced with a foody challenge - the strength you used to remain program-compliant during a migraine and stressful day will still be inside of you and it will grow stronger as you think upon yesterday and it will enable you to pass by goodies again and again so that you will reach your optimal weight and then be able to stay there for the rest of your thinny days!

I am so sorry your boss acted that way, I worked in a high stress job once where it was my job to calm down the highly aggitated people who would call. I found that no matter how rude they were I basked in the knowledge I could say ANYTHING to them I wanted as soon as I hung up the phone. It was liberating. The mind is a funny thing, once I bagan to laugh inside about te sheer ignorance of others I felt much better, things no longer bothered me. As for the cookies you handled it PERFECTLY, I would have done the same by giving it away, but would have then imagined my boss with two LARGE butt cheeks made from heart shaped cookies.

Keep it up, it's all about the shakin' and sheddin'!
