I'm off to Niagara Falls for the holiday. I have my shakes and soups and bars packed away. And a brand new, smaller, colorful, no old-lady-with-a-skirt-to-my-knees bathing suit and pareo to sit by the pool in.

You all have a wonderful Independence Day. Don't forget to take a moment while you are celebrating your freedom to remember those who dedicated their lives to protect it, as well as the ones who can't be here to enjoy it while they try to provide the same liberty to others.
