I have a chin!!!

Postby BoPeep1 » April 16th, 2006, 10:44 am

I thought I saw it, but now it's been confirmed by my mother...the extra roll under my chin is gone! I have an actual chin now!

I didn't have a scale to weigh myself when I first started MF and only lost two pounds this week (with water retention), so it's definitely working!

I love you all and thank you for the support when I was so down in the dumps earlier this week with a one pound loss (I didn't realize it was PMS).

Hi BRANDI,
Congratulations on getting your chin back. You did it! :you:
Try not to rely on the scale too much. You are going to lose on MF and probably more inches that are noticeable. Remember that one pound is like a slab of bacon, or four cubes of butter! That's no baloney!

Always let us know when you need an uplift or celebration. Glad you are with us...
