Happy Place

Postby xwoman » May 10th, 2006, 9:38 pm

This will sound very Doctor Phil, but I am in such a happy place. I feel physically better, I have bad breath, happy cause it means ketosis, down 11 lbs today..hear that UNC I said 11 :D :D :D The plan is tasting good, my hubby is doing well on it, and everyone is so wonderful here.

My wonderful 2nd son did point out I still look fat, gotta love innocence, but they no longer say "mom do you want that?" (everytime ANY diet commercial or gym ad or diet pill ad)

I am thrilled that everyone is doing well...for those who are struggling, PLEASE keep at it...it will work!

And for all the others, remind me of this post as soon as it gets rough :-P

My most immediate goal, I really want to see the ant eater that is suppose to chase the ant on my tracker :shades:
Just Shake and Shed , Shake and Shed...

:roflmao: Oh My Gosh! That made me laugh out loud!

My sons asks me that all the time. When a diet commercial comes on he asks if I want that, do I have it or is it going to be delivered. Guess thats a sign we've tried alot!

Congrats on the "happy place" revelation. I find myself singing U2's "beautiful day" quite a bit, these days.

And guess what! It gets better!!!!!

I just bought a "Life is Good" T-shirt and hat. It just seemed to describe how I feel.

BTW, my storm cloud (below) wasn't visable a few short months ago. Your ant eater will be here in no time.

Hi Xwoman!

I'm so glad you found your inner Dr. Phil! Isn't it amazing how this way of eating makes us FEEL! I feel like I could take on the world! Don't you fret, those commericals will be for OTHER PEOPLE and that anteater will be halfway down the ticker SOON!
