, It was a long Dec. 
had a great time at Disney, 
But I did eat a few things that was not Medifast but I was still down 5lbs, 
But I am ready for the New Year 
and to hit my goal Happy New Year to my Medifast buddies 
Lets bring on the New Year.

applaud you!!! We Orlandians don't go to Disney much (it's been about three years, too expensive), but you never forget the smells of Disney!!! Of course, the prices make this program look dirt cheap!!! But simply loosing 5 lbs over vacation, 
WOW!!! Good for You!! Thanks for being a great example.
