Had church this morning , which was out doors. We a bbq after and I ate NOTHING!! I brought my rtd and thats all I had...well that and about 80oz of water. I think I drank all my water for the day by 12:00. I"ve about 120oz of water today.

Thank you Mary,
I do feel like I can do this!! For the first time in a while!!! I'm going to the gym to exercise tonight. I'm looking forward to taking the class. I find that I get a better workout with the classes because I push myself.

I'm hoping to hit the 20lb club soon. When my daughter comes back from her trip, she'll be shocked!!

Today has started off well. I am staying compliant and I'm loving the diabetic bars.

This morning I went to the farm...it was sooooooo hot, I was dripping with sweat. I felt like I had worked out at the gym, but instead I was weeding. :D

Today I have friends coming over with their children to swim, and tonight another class at the gym. SO today should be a busy day!! Which is great when you're doing Medifast, you don't have to worry about cooking!!

Hey Laura,

Sounds like you're continuing to do great :) It's really hot here, too. I had to walk across campus with my class this morning and I forgot how huge this campus is. We weren't even walking from one end of campus to another and it still felt like the longest, hottest trip ever.

Which diabetic bars did you get? I'm glad to hear that you like them because I think I will order them next.

Hope your day continues to go well :)

Congrats on the 10# club. I hope your family is feeling better. My 17 year old daughter came home last night throwing up. She seems to feel okay this morning - don't know if it's from the extreme heat or something that she ate...please tell me it's not the flu - I can't go through that again.

Hi Suzy!!
Eww I hope it's not the flu. Having the flu during the summer stinks!!

It was just a stomach virus. It actually went through our whole church.

Duhhhhhh!!! of course !! that's where I've been..LOL

Actually I have been exercising...and trying NOT to eat sweet potatoes.
I'm also helping my son pack for a trip to Maine...it looks like hubby and I are going to have the weekend to ourselves.

I love spending time with hubby, but We seem to be getting ALOT of time to ourselves these days...having young adults for children has it's perks, but I have to confess...I DON"T LIKE IT!!! I mean I love spending time with hubby, but I want little ones back in the house!! I miss the loud laughter and giggling of little ones running around and into various items, walls and furniture..kwim? I know i'm nuts. OH well, hopefully I'll lose this weight and get pg!!
God Bless,
Laura

Well, fat cells do release stored estrogen... so ya never know. ;)

Where in Maine is your son going? We visited there a couple of springs ago, and had a great time. We stayed in Ellsworth near Bar Harbor (pronounced Bahh Hahhbahh - of course ;) ).
We toured Boston on the trip and the city tour guide told us we could stop at Starbucks (pronounced Stahbucks - of course).
We had a great time when we were there. Hope he does also.
