I wanted to give a shout out to everyone today.. it is a sunny day here in S California.. It is friday.. Yippie..

And ok the best new yet.. is I LOVE MF..
if you have just started this diet stay with it you will be so happy in no time.

Many of you no me from my previous post. I started MF in April weaighing it at.. hehee nope cant tell but well over 200 pounds.
I was ina size 3x.. ouch
I posted pictures a while back under my change..

well i have lost even more.
i am down 66 lbs as of today

and i am up stairs going through more of my skinny slothes i have saved hoping i would be able to wear some day..

I am putting on LARGE did you read that right you might be asking..
YES It was a large and it fit.
I am so happy today i had to tell everyone..

so any way now i am off to the mall with my daughter maybe we well find come cute clothes on sale..
i need a few new one since i just cleaned out my closet..
but cant buy to many i still want to lose 40 lbs more..
yippie what a GREAT DAY

AND I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING you kind workds your friendship. just everything this sight really gave me courage and encouragement..
