Thanks soooo much guys! I did today something that I have not been able to do in years due to how heavy I was. My daughter took me to Sea World and I rode the roller coaster with no problem fitting into the seat!

I was thrilled. My mom and dad took me and my husband out for a wonderful dinner and I had a great L&G meal. When I first started MF I had planned on going off program today and having lasagna but I have been so happy with my results I decided that it would not be worth it!

The family sang to me last night and they had cake but I just remembered.......nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

Lisa ~ What a great birthday you had. I'm so jealous, getting to ride the roller coaster ... I haven't done that since I was a teenager, but I have a list of things I'm definitely gonna do once I'm a little thinner.
