Good morning everyone. I just wanted to share with everyone that i'm half way to my mini goal. I started May 24th weighing 250 and this morning I stepped on the scale (like 5 times)
And I'm at 225 and I feel great. Thanks to everyones posts and support, it's made it a little easier for me to keep going and just take it one day at a time. Oops I almost forgot. Unca please let me in the 20# club.
