Had to buy some new clothes!!

Postby Leslie36 » February 20th, 2006, 10:31 am

Well I had to buy some new clothes, jeans specifically. My old ones were to the point I had to hold them up when walking. Well I ended up with a size 26 jean and I was like  ! I was wearing a size 32 when I started so that is a big difference!! I can't believe how many inches I have lost because I have only lost 22 lbs!!

 Way to go Leslie!!! You're doing great!!!! Don't get used to those jeans....you'll be out of them, into a smaller size, before you have time to get them dirty ;) Keep up the good work :)

One of the side effects of this program is the bloating is gone. Great job really motivating isnt it?

That's great Leslie! Wearing a smaller size is one of those hidden rewards that is not always evident on the scale. Enjoy!!

Shopping for smaller clothes is soooo awesome !!! I unpacked a box of old clothes this afternoon in search of some pants that would fit. I had to retire my 44x30's for the same reason, they kept falling down. I found a bunch of 40x30's that fit real nice. I've lost over 4 inches off my waist and I'm ALMOST into 38" pants. I can get on a pair of 38x30 jeans but they are just a little too tight for comfort. I hope they slide on better in a couple weeks.

Keep going ! Clothes are cheap compared to the excessive food we used to eat. I look at the cost of MF and it's less that what I used to spend on lunch alone !

Thanks to everyone for the support and comments!! I know I will go through clothes quickly so I only bought one inexpensive pair of jeans and 2 shirts for now. I had to have something decent to wear out because my other clothes are so saggy now :D :D
