guys permitted here?

Postby new guy here » May 28th, 2005, 3:41 pm

;-)

Nice place - I am looking forward to this program and sharing experiences with some of you.

Am on my second day - my goal is pretty much as fat off as possible. This is like one of my 1 millionth diet (I should win a prize or something).

I am looking forward to seeing success this time as I think its long overdue for me to actually do something about my life.

Well "NEW GUY" you're certainly not alone in the "millioneth-diet-athon" club. We've allllllll been there done that right along with you. So mix up a shake and get in the groove with the rest of us. Looking forward to getting to know you!

CHEERS!

Its great that so many people started around the same time :) This is my first diet that is this strict, and its soooo hard. I think the fact that i work at a pizza place and make/top/cut pizza all day could compound my cravings a bit :brickwall: As long as we all keep it up it'll be a breeze 8)

Nick...........I think once you start using a variety of the supplements it won't be so hard...........but sometimes just shakes can be challenging..... .......hang in there...... :yeah: ....you'll do great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome!

You ask "Guys permitted here???" Of course, there's no ban on testosterone here! Ha! We are all fellow Medifaster on the track to good health, living and eating--with the support of an wonderful diet.

Best of luck. Hang in there and remember, this may be the bizillionth diet, but it surely will be the last.

Take care and welcome, welcome, welcome.
