Thanks for encouraging me to start again. Last Thursday I started at 246.5 and today...Monday, I am down to 236.5. I know in the beginning a lot of loss is from just water, not fat, but I am excited over what the scale says. It is so much better than getting on the scale and gaining. I want to encourage any other procrastinators who are waiting to try the diet to go for it. It is amazing how fast the pounds come off if you stick to it. charq
