Hi all.

I had a tough week. Really tough and really non-compliant. I woke up Friday morning with extreme dizziness and nystagmus (my eyes could not stay focused on an object) and the room was spinning. The eye thing lasted about 5 hours and I made it to work super-late, but I was really dizzy, so I went to the doctor. He could not find anything wrong with me. Although he did not think it had anything to do with diet, he wanted me to resume "normal" eating until I felt better. The next day, I woke up ok and ended up having a dizzy spell in a store. So I decided to wait one more week to see if the symptoms came back or worsened. Luckily by Monday they resolved. I can only think that I had a "touch" of the flu or some other virus? I was feeling tired and barely had an appetite. Regardless, it has passed.

My mom is coming tomorrow and leaving on Sunday morning. I know it is impossible to start a diet with her around, so I am going to re-start on Sunday again. This time nothing should get in my way.

I am so disgusted. I am almost back up where I was after having a baby. it takes so damn long to lose the weight, and takes about 30 seconds to gain it back. I am really hating myself right now. I also became a Pepsi addict again. That will be a hard habit to break.
