I just went shopping this weekend. I bought about $1000 in Vegas clothes and some hot new Gucci sunglasses. As soon as I locate my luggage in the basement, I am READY!!!!!

Oh.. you should have waited till you got to Vegas for the clothes and sunglasses.. They have quite a few designer outlets there. I got a couple of Gucci and Armani blouses there for VERY little... I think I paid $200 for both.

Well, I am back from Vegas and did not gain any weight! Yay! We did so much walking that I must have burned off every calorie I ate. We had SO MUCH fun!!!!

We ended up seeing New York New York, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Mirage (where we stayed), Venetian, the Stratosphere, Bellagio, Caesar's and Excalibur. We ate ate this restaurant called Tao in the Venetian- they had an amazing mongolian beef-type dish made with filet mignon- yum.

The shopping was amazing- the Forum shops at Caesar's are wonderful, as well as the stores at the Venetian. You can find every luxury store in the world right on the strip. I did win about $700 and almost bought a new LV purse, but I decided to take it home and think about how I want to spend it.

It was over a hundred degrees every day and I loved it. It has been cold and raining constantly in NJ, so it was a wonderful change. We rented a Beetle convertible which made traveling around a blast. Off the strip, we went to Red Rock Canyon which was amazing. We also went up 9500 feet to Mt Charleston, where our friends have a beautiful mountain house. It went from 106 degrees on the strip to 69 degrees in the mountains an hour away. There was actually snow on the ground!

Well, that is all for now, I am exhausted. I will try to post some pix in the next few days. I am re-starting MF tomorrow and have to place a new food order.

See how lucky you are, Beth! I've never won anything in Vegas (been up for a short time) but give my money to the casinos. It was entertaiment I guess, but would have been a lot more entertaining if I had won!

Glad you had a great time. Congrats on winning. Just think of it this way spend your money on medifast and you going to win all again. With all that weight you are going to lose.

My husband and I are going to Vegas for 3 Days in September. It is our 10 year anniversary. Would love some tips. We are staying at the Mandalay Bay

Well I have behaved and been compliant all day and am having god-awful bloating. After my bar, my stomach expanded so much that my elastic-banded pants are tight. Any ideas why???
