Well, crazy me.
I was having a lot of IBS problems, so I took yet another break for a few days. I followed the WW Points system for a week so I would eat healthy and hopeully not gain. I needed to get my stomach back to normal. I have stayed off the scale, but my pants are already fitting tightly due to the addition of carbs and sugars. I can tell I have gained even while being on WW. But my IBS has resolved, so I am re-starting MF on Sunday. I would start now but I committed myself to making our Passover dinner on Saturday night for my family.
It's amazing how different my body feels in one week of eating "normally". It's scary, actually. I feel so bloated, my pants don't fit, and I am actually having constipation issues that I never had with MF.
I am going to need some buddies to watch over me
