I too hope you success in whatever program you choose to do; however, I hope between now and April - you decide to change your mind and stay. We will miss you.

Well you could start taking 7-8 different antidepressants, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and tranquilizers and then I GUARANTEE you would feel differently!

All I have is Xanax. Hmmmmmmmmm.

I have Klonopin (90 a month in 2mg and 90 a month in 1 mg) and Ativan (only 30 img a month). My docs are so pill happy.

Hola ladies and gents.

It's little old me again. I know you were taking bets.....

So, I am back on MF again as of yesterday. (I got really sick of MF and of the same foods all the time, plus I was cheating more than staying compliant.)

I needed a change.

So.... I did Atkins for 2 weeks after a two week eating binge. I lost 5 pounds of the weight I gained. I ate pastrami and bacon and eggs and tuna and turkey and cheese and cream and butter and it was wonderful. But I retained a lot of water from the salt. And believe it or not, Atkins made me very constipated. For those two reasons I would have to say that the weight does not come off as fast. Yes- Atkins is way yummier than MF, but MF gives greater results. Now I just have to stick to it.

So I am back for the last 4 weeks until Vegas. And I promise to stay compliant and not whine.

Thanks guys! I will try and behave :D

Meanwhile, I lost .6 pounds the first day back on MF and then gained .2 on the second. I am trying to be positive.

Soooo... I get to go for an MRI at 3:30. I finally get to find out the cause of my headaches and neck pain. The neurologist found several positive trigger points last week, and I have been exhausted. I would not be surprised if I had fibromyalgia or something weird like that. It would make sense. Then I will have to go on Biki-drugs.

I started using FitDay a few weeks ago. It really does make eating more of a reality for me. You can't lie to FitDay!

It is hell at first but it can get better. I am a Fitday fanatic! I love how you can play with goal weights and time periods and add every little slice of cucumber. I love it!

You can add in your own custom foods. I used Fit Day last year too. :)
