Ugh my sinuses are hell again. I have sinus pressure now, and I took Claritin, but it is making me a little dizzy. What the hell is going on with me? I cannot stand these headaches anymore. They really suck this year. And it seems that all the meds I take make me dizzy, especially when I am on MF. So I end up eating carbs to get rid of the dizzy feeling.

It is like my body wants me to be fat.

Sorry you are having those headaches. I think Claritin sucks. It just doesn't work on me.

Doesn't work for me either...I use Flonase and Astelyn.

They recently put me on Zyrtec whuch even with my insurance costs 45 dollars a bottle. When I had my physical the doc agreed it wasn't working and just said stop taking it.

Now I am screwed, because I took the Claritin 12 hour, which means I can't take anything else? I have this horrible pressure above my eye. This blows.

Sorry your having headaches Beth. I get bad sinus headaches and the sinus stuff doesn't seem to work. I take Excedrin for Migraines....I think its the caffeine in the pills that helps to be honest That does seem to work a little better for me. Hope you feel better soon.

Well, I have been eating like a champ all week because I am depressed and miserable. I don't know why. I am just in a really bad mood that I can't shake. It started when I hit the plateau and I got so upset that I just started eating. So I am sure I gained some back. I don't even care at this point.

It's the same thing over and over, I lose 5 pounds, then plateau, then get pissed and eat crap. I gain the 5 pounds back and start all over.

It's a wonderful life. I am just not strong enough to wait for the plateau to break.
