:x I was feeling very dizzy and weak yesterday, so I ate. I had buttered noodles for lunch and pizza for dinner. After not cheating for 3 weeks. And then I felt better.

I am working with Nancy to figure out if I am eating enough for my L&G. I really thought I would pass out. It was awful.

That happened to me once. I felt like I was going to pass out of I didn't eat something substantial. I was really scared. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta so...

So... aside from my slice of pizza on Sunday, I have had a good week.
I get to weigh in in 5 days, and I really hope the pizza did not ruin my loss. Hey, sometimes it actually helps- especially when I get my IBS with constipation.

So we'll see. My next mini-goal is to be in the 130's by Valentine's Day.

My mini-goal, besides compliance, is to be in ONEDERLAND by Valentine's Day.

I had a dizzy spell on Saturday. However, I ate an hour later than usual b/c I fell asleep. When I got up and went to the kitchen to fix my MF meal,I felt lightheaded and like I was going to get sick.I stopped what I was doing and bent over laying my top half on the dining room table. Waited a few seconds.Grabbed my bowl, water, and spoon and went back to my room to lay down. After about 5 min I ate and felt better...I figured it was due to having not eating on time...

I feel if the pizza made you feel better than thats fine.I though about eating a sandwich myself. But didnt.

You will be at your goal in no time Beth. 130 here you come!!! :)

Okay Beth... You are gonna totally hate me after this, but I just can't just sit here and not say anything. I realize you felt sick and dizzy. But there are ways to eat to feel better and stay compliant. Maybe I'm missing something here, I don't know... but buttered noodles and pizza, come on!

I just had the stomach flu and stayed compiant the whole time. And I'm still alive.

I plan on having a yummy V-Day dinner with hubby- so can we start it as of weigh-in on the Sunday the 28th?

You said you were already planning a cheat day for Valentines Day because you couldn't see yourself eating flounder and broccolli for a romantic meal.... Well, you are setting yourself up to not reaching your goal. If you really, truly want want to reach your goal, don't plan on cheat days.... make every effort to eat a lean and green on Valentine's day.... After all, Valentine's day is about love and not about food!!!

I apologize for ranting at you, but it is frustrating to see you doing well and then cheat and then you wonder why you can't reach your goal.
I loved your enthusiasm at the New Year. Stick with it girl, and don't plan on cheating anymore!!

I give up. Because even when I do well, someone tells me I cheated.

I am just destined to be this weight forever. You guys have fun eating water at nice restaurants. I hope it tastes good.

I am never telling anyone else here about what I have eaten. Because if it is bad, I don't even want to know. There is nothing I can do about it after the fact.

Beth~ I think Kanani was trying to motivate you to do the right thing and stay compliant during rough patches. Sure, we are here for support, but we are also here to help one another stay accountable.

I believe there are plenty of restaurants that you can go to for a nice Valentine's meal that will allow you stay compliant. Is there really a reason you cannot plan on staying compliant for your Valentine's meal. You have to make that choice, Beth.

You know in your heart, Beth, that you are not destined to stay that weight. You can and will get to goal, but it is going to take compliance. We all want it to be easy, but it's not going to be.

I definitely believe you should share what is going on with you and the struggles you may be having. But.......do you really want everyone to just sugar coat their responses......or, do you want us to help you stay accountable and ultimately reach your goal? Sometimes we all need a wake up call. For me, I need people to be honest and speak the truth. I understand you may be upset, but really think about what is being said. No one has said anything with the intention of hurting you (including me). :hugblue:

 We want to see you succeed, Beth.

(Reading posts can sometimes be hard, because you cannot hear the tone of the person and therefore, sometimes misunderstand their intent. Since you cannot hear my tone, I want to explain it. It is a tone of care and concern.)

Donica hit it right on the nose. I am not trying to scold you Beth. I am here to help you to succeed and stay accountable. Do you remember back before Halloween, we had a goal. The only reason why I am at the weight I am now is because I stayed compliant. Yes I have slip up now and then too, but I do not plan to cheat.

I appreciate people like Serendipity, and Laura who have met there goals. They know what they are talking about!!! And their mantra.... Stay on plan, and you'll lose the weight.

I wouldn't be saying any of these things if I didn't care, Beth. All I want to do is see you reach your goal. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. But, I had to be honest. I hope we're still friends.

I just wanted to clarify; my rant had nothing to do with Kanani! I love Kanani! And I needed a swift kick in the ass and she gave it! I deserved it :)

I was pissed about the "On the Border" thread. And how every time I am proud of myself for making a "good" decision, someone has to go ahead and tell me that I screwed up anyway. And it seems that everytime I make a good restaurant decision, and pick the healthiest thing on the menu, someone out there still has to tell me that what I chose had 10,000 calories anyway.

I'm on a Disney kick this morning, so I hope you don't mind being Cinderella! I had to give her quite a tan to match yours! I think you look beautiful and I hope you like it! Taangirl got to be Snow White.

Okay my turn to jump in....

if someone points out that a better choice could have been made, take the info, now ya know, tell the idiots at the grill to actually try to cook healthy. BUT so what if you did not specify, so what? Because you chose to have a healthy meal instead of all those chips, and then the refill for chips, then the margarita, and the rice, and the beans and every other little thing.

One day you will not be on Medifast and ya know what you may still order stuff cooked dry etc...you are learning new things, things the american eatting frenzy culture does not teach us...don't sweat it...you did great, you will look great.
Discipline is the art of choosing between what you want now, and what you want the most.
