Thanks for keeping tabs on me Beth!! Yeah, I'm still plugging away with MF. Making up my mind abou getting to my goal! I've been really comfortable where I'm at right now. So now I am actively in weightloss mode!

Your doing great!! Let's keep the momentum going! Keep posting your yummy dinners too. I need to refresh my menus!!

Ok, I skipped the gym because my sinuses are terrible and the thought of bouncing up and down on the elliptical while holding a box of tissues was downright silly. I'll have to start next week instead. That will give me a full two weeks on plan anyway.

That makes sense. You shouldn't overtax yourself when you are most likely fighting an infection!

That reminds me of the time I had a sinus infection and, without thinking, got upside down on my inversion table - which I use every night for my back. Uhmm, yeah...I almost drowned and the top of my head about blew off!

Hope you feel better soon, Beth!

Well, my good track record went to hell. But it's not really my fault. Really. Read on.

I was doing fine at work- my sinuses were bad, but I was on track. My sinus meds started making me drowsy, so I got a big cup of coffee. BIG mistake. I ended up having a massive IBS attack at work...

So I came home and made very bland chicken with a very tiny portion of veggies for dinner. (Veggies trigger IBS symptoms, so I avoid them when I have an attack.) Anyway, after the chicken, my belly started gurgling again, so I have not even attempted my last 2 shakes.

Right now I am sipping hot tea.

So... I did not eat anything off plan or cheat. I just had a really bad belly day and probably did not get all the calories and nutrients I needed...hopefully I am still in ketosis?

Usually when I have IBS I come home and eat bread and pasta to calm my belly. Today I did not- so I am proud of myself.

Ugh, I have to go to the dentist today. My favorite. Talk about HELL. I was supposed to go at 3:30, but he just called to see if I could come in earlier. So I am going at 11.

I have IBS problems too. That's interesting that you used bread and pasta because I've always done the same thing. Starchy foods used to make my tummy better. Mine is much more in control now than before but stress will wake up the beast.

Well, I am only on my second meal of the day. The left side of my face is COMPLETELY numb, I cannot even wink my eye of flare my nostril. I had two MAJOR cavities right next to each other.

I am in hell. I want a big bowl of chicken soup SO badly right now to make it better.
