I was so bloated yesterday that I almost died! It was a tough first day back. Today I have major gas issues. Thank goodness for Gas-X pills!

Well I did it! Three days in a row of strict compliance! YAY!!!!!
It should be easy to get through the weekend too- since hubby is working all weekend and I have no social events planned.

Beth, you will be at goal within a couple months if you continue the way you've done these past 3 days. You can do this!! You are doing it! :D

Thanks guys, I just have to learn to not give in to stupid emotional eating and temptations. Goal is very close but I can't seem to realize that in my head.

Yay! I just got my giganto order of food- including raspberry iced tea, which I have never had- and the Maryland Crab Soup. I did not realize they were giving me two free samples- so I ordered a whole box. I'll let you know what I think tomorrow!

That's what made the pic so hot!
Instead of "Dead End," the sign should've said "Drop Dead" as in gorgeous!
Oh yeah, the scenery shots were great too! And congrats on the compliance, that rocks!

Ok, I have been yard-sale-ing since 8:30 AM and am pooped! But I wanted to share- I just tried the Maryland crab soup and it is SO GOOD! It actually feels like I am having a "bad-for-you" soup like Progresso or something. The flavor is great- I only added a little salt. There is crisp corn, tomatoes and scallions in the soup, and chopped soy-crab that actually tastes like real crab! YUM-O!!!

Soups are bad for you? LOL... Actually they're probably healthier than a lot of stuff out there, way less calories and fat for sure! Too much sodium but that can be balanced out. ;)

I never had crab soup before, it sounds interesting! If I do get another order I need to try it. :D

I guess I am just talking in MF terms. Progresso soups tend to have lots of sodium and pasta in them.

Hiya, Beth ~

I'm glad you had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and your pictures are fun to see. Beautiful country and lovely people!

The new Maryland Crab soup is very flavorful; it reminds me of cioppino.

Best wishes for continued success!

Woo hoo! :cleader:

Sliding below the fifty line will feel real happy!
Keep at it, eat every two and a half hours - that's really the key so your blood sugar doesn't do dippy doos!

Have a :git: rockin' week.
