I had a really good MF dinner the other night, I forgot to share.

First I placed 2 cups of fresh romaine lettuce on a plate.

Then I simmered 5 oz ground beef with some taco seasoning. I stirred in 1/2 cup tomatoes just to get them warm. I poured the beef mix over the lettuce, and sprinkled about 5-6 tiny pieces of shredded LF cheddar on top.

My husband watched me eat it and drooled. I saved him a small bite to taste. He was very jealous.

Wow that does sound great.

Mabye I will make that for dinner.

YOu know what I use to do. I use to saute onions and mushrooms and really get them nice and brown. And put that on top of my salad (nice and hot it kind of wilts the lettuce.) Very good. But now reading through the post we should limit our Onions.

It was really delicious!

I wonder what I can have tonight. I have chicken defrosting at home.... for the first time I bought collard greens and turnip greens. I have no idea how to make them. Any ideas? I also bought bok choy, a kind of Chinese cabbage- because I was thinking of making oriental food.

I made taco salad last night too....I used Salsa as my dressing. Just be sure that it doesn't have many sugars in it.

<GOING CAR SHOPPING>

Wish me luck! Our Miata lease is over and we are looking for something new! I have my ice packs with MF, a bar, and water.

We ended up buying a 2007 Mazda 6, fully loaded. We already have a 2006 Infiniti SUV, so we decided against another one.

Dylan was a real sport- we spent so many hours in the car dealership and he just played, and walked around, and smiled at everyone! I am so happy to have this angel boy! I see so many other poorly behaved kiddies out in public and thank goodness he is so sweet and mellow. (Unlike his Mom!)

PS no weigh in today since the scale is my downfall.

But.......I tried the scrambled eggs for the first time and WOW!!! I made them with pam, and added a sprinkle of salt, pepper and chives... they were amazing! I even let my hubby taste them and he was amazed too! He said "you are allowed to eat these?"

My vote is for the 2008 Red Dodge Charger.

Aren't those eggs awesome. I won't microwave them as many people who said that they didn't care for them made them that way. I still find it amazing how well they compare to the real thing, and healthier to boot.

That is a beautiful car-but as impractical as my Miata!

The SUV is as large as we will ever go. I hate minivans, and hate the way people drive them around here even more!

If it were up to me I would be driving a 2007 Shelby GT500 Mustang. That would blow any car off the road!

Ugh, I looked at my weights for the last year. i have been the same weight, plus or minus 5 pounds, for like 5 months. No wonder I am frustrated. Every time I lose, I eat and gain it back. I wasn't ready to admit that until I really checked my weight chart:
