OMIGAWD-all of that sounds terrible. I am sorry the pills/headache/illness was so bad and then the poor sick baby made it worse. At least you found out what was wrong with the baby, so you can avoid lactose containing foods. But what about your headaches? Do you have a long term care treatment for those? When I was in school a girl had to withdraw they got so bad and frequent! Take care of yourself. It seems like you haven't been 100% well in a while. We are all worried!!!

Thanks! You know- we have had some real crazy weather here in NJ- it has been in the 60's since the summer. We get a random few days where it goes into the 50's but it usually just pours rain at that point. I blame all of my sinus/tension headaches on the weather. I used to get very frequent migraines- now I get them this bad maybe once or twice a year. Thank G-d.

Plus I have the baby in his first year of daycare- so he brings home a new illness every week or so. I end up catching everything from him.

Thanks for checking in guys!

Well today is the first day I am not puking or have a headache! Yay!

Needless to say, I have not been on plan. I am not eating much either. Everything tastes yucky.

I am just going to continue to take it easy because I still feel a little dizzy and am very tired and wiped out. I am just going to re-start on January 1st at this point.

I know. I am a pain in the ass and a procrastinator.

Good news! I had a mammogram today to check out why I am having breast pain on my right side. The Mammo was NEGATIVE!!! Which means it is only some muscle pain and nothing scary. Thank goodness!!!!!!!!!! Nothing more to worry about for 2007 except losing weight!

Can I be 125 for Las Vegas on April 25th? If I am good and stick to plan?

Hi, Beth. Good to hear from you and happy to read the good news ! You know, everybody is a bit of a pain in the butt in their way ;). I just appreciate that you won't give up. I think it's perfectly possible for you to be weighing 125 by April 25th if you stick with the program. You can do it :) (and we will be right here with you).

Cheers,
Karli

New Year's Day and 154.4. I gained about 10 pounds this holiday season. How disgraceful.

NO NO NO! Not disgraceful! There are no victims in this classroom. You took a few steps back but you are still ON THE PATH and starting walking forward again! You are doing the deal and there is no shame in that.

Thanks guys! It is so frustrating- because the difference for me between a size 8 and size 10 are those TEN pounds!!!

I did well today. I have been watching "The Biggest Loser" since 10 AM non-stop. But I have stayed exactly on plan and guzzled Evian all day long!

I love to watch that show when I'm working out. It's hard to just walk or something when you see all those people working so hard.

But remember, although some of those people post 15 pounds losses for a week some exercise 6 hours a day and only lose 4 lbs-which is doable on Medifast!
