Hi everyone, I got out of bed yesterday, stood on the scale and was down another 2 lbs....so happy...I then worked out in the yard, I thought I would have been down another 2 from sweating, then played golf....more sweat...it is about 95 here in Hotlanta.....Today is my 2 week weigh in, but this morning I am up the 2 lbs that I thought I had lost.
Hmmmm I said,
I bet all that sweating is having a rebound effect. On top of the diet Cokes that I drank...lots of sodium in those and will retain water weight. I am not discouraged, today I will drink only water, still going to play golf, but, I bet those nasty 2 lbs will be gone again tomorrow. Hope so anyway!
