Greetings!!

Howdy everyone :) My name is Leah. I am 31yrs old. I am a mother of 3. I am an army veteran, which is where I met my husband of 7yrs. He is still serving in the army. Right now he is in Iraq. So, I told him I would kick this weight off, by time he returns. In jan, he comes in for a 2 wk R&R. I hope to have atleast 30lbs off by then. My starting weight was 190lbs. I have been on Medifast for a week now, and am 5 lbs lighter. I can't wait to get to know you guys better. I am off to posting my before picture now :)

First, I want to say how proud we are to have an army veteran join us...and pray your husband will be safely home soon from Iraq.
